Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of miR-155 miR-146a in psoriasis patients from different sources. Methods: The levels vulgaris tissues, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, serum were detected by QRT-PCR method 30 with healthy subjects as normal control group, correlation between samples sources was analyzed. And after treatment. Results: skin tissue, cells significantly higher than that controls (P experimental group Conclusions: increased may mediate immune mechanism involved activity process psoriasis.

Mir-183 and FOXO1 gene expression changes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of breast cancer patients
Background and Aim: Today, cancer is considered as a major health problem and affects the health of society. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women after lung cancer. According to epidemiological studies, cancer is the second most common cause of death after cardiovascular disease worldwide and the third leading cause of death after cardiovascular disease and acciden...
متن کاملmiR-19a and miR-20a and Tissue Factor Expression in Activated Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells
Background and Aims To investigate the behaviour of miR-19a and miR-20a, two microRNAs involved in posttranscriptional modulation of TF expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) exposed to high glucose (HG) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and to evaluate the involvement of angiotensin II in that process. Methods TF Procoagulant Activity (PCA, one-stage clotting assay), antigen (A...
متن کاملCorrelation between Expression of hsa-miR-490-5p and NFAT5 in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell Obtained from Breast Cancer Patients
Breast cancer is a complex genetic disease that has an average annual incidence of two million people and the second leading cause of death among women all over the world. Micro-RNAs are consistently reported to regulate gene expression in all cancers. The present study, the correlation between the expression of hsa-miR-490-5p and nuclear factor of activated T-cells 5 (NFAT5) in breast cancer w...
متن کاملUpregulated miR-146a expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from rheumatoid arthritis patients
INTRODUCTION MicroRNAs are small noncoding RNA molecules that negatively regulate gene expression via degradation or translational repression of their targeted mRNAs. It is known that aberrant microRNA expression can play important roles in cancer, but the role of microRNAs in autoimmune diseases is only beginning to emerge. In this study, the expression of selected microRNAs is examined in rhe...
متن کاملCorrelation of the expression of miR-146a in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with ankylosing spondylitis and inflammatory factors
We investigated the expression of miR-146a in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and its correlation with inflammatory factors to explore the clinical significance. In total 45 patients with AS were selected at the Weifang People's Hospital from June, 2014 to January, 2016. At the same time, 30 healthy volunteers were also selected to serve as ...
